About the role

  • Digital Marketing Manager focusing on website maintenance and digital campaigns for children's books publishing house. Requires practical experience in digital marketing and CMS management.

Responsibilities

  • You manage and operationally develop our website (TYPO3)
  • You check its functionality and performance on a daily basis
  • You independently coordinate collaboration with external service providers
  • You design, send and analyze targeted newsletter and email campaigns
  • You develop and manage digital advertising campaigns
  • You conduct analysis and reporting of relevant digital metrics
  • You are a competent interface and source of ideas within the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Some practical experience in digital marketing (e.g., entry-level positions, internships, trainee or junior roles)
  • Ideally experience in at least one of the following areas: website maintenance (CMS), newsletter/CRM or social/performance ads
  • Strong interest in technical and analytical topics related to digital communication
  • Openness and motivation to learn new tools and digital applications (TYPO3, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, marketing automation, etc.)
  • Creativity, organizational skills and a careful, reliable working style.
