Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of brand and production designers
Manage external agencies and set creative direction across all growth marketing surfaces
Design and deliver end-to-end campaigns that drive outsized impact and pipeline
Build scalable Figma templates, processes, and creative standards
Oversee production workflows to ensure efficient, high-quality output
Partner closely with Growth Marketing leads to develop campaigns from concept through launch
Work cross-functionally to track insights that inform future creative
Uphold and evolve the Plaid brand across all channels
Requirements
7–10+ years of professional design experience
2–3+ years leading or managing brand designers and production designers
A portfolio demonstrating strong craft across multi-channel marketing work
Experience with performance marketing creative (paid social, display ads, email)
Ability to coach designers while directly contributing to the work
Experience building systems, templates, and scalable processes
Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills
Bonus: experience with animation tools (Jitter), as well as production design tools designed for efficiency (Figma Buzz, Celtra, or Bannerflow); fintech/SaaS background; agency management
