Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the core assets that bring Harvey’s brand to life. Templates, guidelines, libraries, and tools that scale across the company.
Concept, design, and produce materials for customer stories, product launches, out-of-home, and global marketing campaigns.
Design and evolve Harvey’s website, blog, and other digital surfaces where our brand shows up.
Create visual systems and assets for presentations, social, and thought leadership, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.
Design event collateral, signage, and physical touchpoints that extend the Harvey identity into real-world spaces.
Work closely with marketing, product design, engineering, and leadership to align brand and business goals.
Uphold a high bar for design rigor. Giving and receiving feedback to ensure every output meets Harvey’s standards.
Requirements
8+ years of brand design experience.
A portfolio that shows mastery of typography, hierarchy, color, and form.
Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate design thinking to diverse stakeholders.
Experience across a range of mediums: web, print, digital assets, video, and more.
Proficient in various design tools. We mostly use Figma.
Ability to flex to new software quickly. (e.g. jump into Jitter for one-off project)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where you won’t always have the luxury of time
Adaptable to changing priorities and managing ambiguity
