Responsibilities

  • Safeguard and evolve Tracksuit’s distinctive visual identity
  • Lead a small but high-performing design function
  • Deliver bold creative work and expand digital design foundations
  • Manage one direct report and oversee freelancers
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, GTM, and Product teams
  • Optimize digital experience with a web developer
  • Maintain momentum on brand initiatives and identify opportunities for systemisation and scale
  • Plan and prioritize creative projects across all brand and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain workflows for clarity and accountability

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand and digital design
  • Deep understanding of brand systems, marketing design, and foundational UX/UI principles
  • Strong visual storytelling
  • Figma fluency
  • AI and web design skills
  • Experience with component systems and creative operations
  • Strategic thinker who balances creativity with business outcomes
  • Collaborative, systems-minded, and resourceful
  • Bonus: Experience creating scalable design systems and understands how to tie design to business metrics.
