Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and measurable impact.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how designs are translated into code.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with data-driven design decisions.
- Fluent in German and comfortable working in an English-speaking team environment.
