About the role

Responsibilities
- Own and drive the UX vision across all digital and activation projects
- Translate brand and messaging strategies into structured digital experiences
- Design journeys that integrate web, social, campaigns, interactive features and activations
- Incorporate data (insights, user behavior, KPIs) into the design and optimization of experiences
- Explore and define AI use cases within journeys (personalization, assistants, dynamic content, optimization)
- Structure information, messaging and touchpoints at every stage of the user journey
- Create and validate user journeys, site maps, wireframes and UX prototypes
- Lead user testing and turn findings into concrete recommendations
- Support and upskill the Design team
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, data, development and social teams
- Define and evolve UX standards, design systems and best practices
Requirements
- You have solid senior-level experience in UX design and digital experience, preferably from an agency
- You can think about brand, messaging, activation and user needs in a unified way
- You are comfortable in early-stage phases: scoping, workshops and recommendations
- You are proficient in Figma, advanced prototyping and testing methodologies
- You know how to leverage data to inform UX decisions
- You are curious and pragmatic about AI use cases in digital experiences
- Your portfolio demonstrates your ability to connect strategic vision with execution
- You have a senior presence: pedagogical approach, high standards and critical thinking
- You are attentive to accessibility, eco-design and the sustainability of experiences
