About the role

Responsibilities
- Produce user-centered designs that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Plan and conduct qualitative user research
- Apply human-centered design methods and tools to analyze ambiguous problems
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools
- Collaborate independently with developers and cross-functional teams
- Present design recommendations, research findings, and rationale to stakeholders
- Use foundational knowledge of front-end technologies to understand engineering constraints
- Contribute to team process improvements and advocate for UX best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer or a related role
- Proven experience conducting qualitative user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations)
- Strong proficiency with the design tool Figma
- Familiarity with front end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience presenting design and research decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as working in cross-functional teams
