About the role

  • Inside Sales Manager at Placetel handling partner deals and supporting sales efforts. Collaborating with partners to ensure successful communications and business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Deal Management: You track deals of up to 50 users together with our partners and support their implementation.
  • Sales Success & Deal Closure: With your sales talent, negotiation skills and sense for opportunity, you ensure that partner deals are closed successfully.
  • Partner Support: Via our Partner Sales Hotline you provide partners with advice and practical assistance, answer their questions and support them with any challenges.
  • Motivation & Business Development: You identify new business opportunities with partners, motivate them to increase their activity and support them in achieving their revenue targets.
  • Onboarding & Activation: You guide new sales partners through our digital onboarding process and ensure they are well prepared to sell our products.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position – you know how to support and motivate sales partners.
  • You are helpful and knowledgeable, and able to explain complex topics in an understandable way.
  • Whether by phone, email or chat – you convince with clear, friendly and solution-oriented communication.
  • You recognise potential and proactively contribute new ideas to promote the success of our sales partners.
  • You keep an overview even with multiple tasks and work efficiently.
