Responsibilities

Execute daily follow-up and prospecting emails, sharing product catalogs , order forms, and promotional materials.
Work from a provided lead list to execute structured outreach campaigns with consistent follow-up.
Support payment processing and collaborate with the U.S.-based warehouse team to ensure accurate fulfillment and on-time delivery.
Provide post-purchase support, track shipments , gather feedback, address concerns, and manage re-orders to maximize customer satisfaction.
Continuously improve sales scripts, workflows, and outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback.
Participate in daily team calls to share updates, insights, and best practices.
Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and account statuses in CRM tools.
Act as a professional brand ambassador, delivering reliable service and maintaining strong business relationships.
Requirements
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills (required).
Experience in sales, account management, or business development (required).
Background in consumer goods, retail, distribution, or regulated industries (preferred).
Comfortable handling high call volumes and objection-based selling.
