About the role

  • Sales Representative supporting distributor and retail expansion for a leading regulated consumer products brand in the U.S. Manage key relationships and contribute to long-term commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, and product portfolio to confidently educate retail and distribution partners.
  • Conduct high-volume daily phone outreach using the company’s system to connect with shop owners and distributors.
  • Execute daily follow-up and prospecting emails, sharing product catalogs , order forms, and promotional materials.
  • Work from a provided lead list to execute structured outreach campaigns with consistent follow-up.
  • Support payment processing and collaborate with the U.S.-based warehouse team to ensure accurate fulfillment and on-time delivery.
  • Provide post-purchase support, track shipments , gather feedback, address concerns, and manage re-orders to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve sales scripts, workflows, and outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback.
  • Participate in daily team calls to share updates, insights, and best practices.
  • Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and account statuses in CRM tools.
  • Act as a professional brand ambassador, delivering reliable service and maintaining strong business relationships.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills (required).
  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development (required).
  • Background in consumer goods, retail, distribution, or regulated industries (preferred).
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes and objection-based selling.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a results-driven approach to performance.
  • Resilient, disciplined, and comfortable hearing “no” while maintaining momentum.
  • Professional, reliable, and capable of representing a recognized U.S. brand.
