About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive enthusiasm among B2B customers and sell an innovative software solution
  • Proactively reach out to potential prospects by phone, email, or online meetings
  • Maintain and support existing customers to ensure they get the maximum value from our apps (cross-selling and upselling)
  • Prepare proposal emails and proactively follow up with interested leads
  • Attend trade shows and other sales events
  • Execute sales and marketing campaigns
  • Bring positive energy and openly celebrate your own ideas and our shared successes

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, university degree, or a comparable qualification — career changers welcome!
  • B2B sales talent and readiness for the next challenge: becoming part of a growing tech company
  • Enjoy convincing prospects and selling products over the phone
  • Ability to engage decision-makers in a relaxed, collegial, and goal-oriented manner
  • Affinity for software and technology, ideally with an interest in the events industry
  • Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented working style
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with accurate spelling; smooth telephone and written correspondence
