About the role

  • Field Service Technician responsible for installation and technical support of medical imaging products. Engaging with clients and providing training on systems with flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and installation of our medical products – on-site and remotely
  • Communication with customers and their IT departments
  • Technical service: troubleshooting, returns, repairs
  • Training medical staff in the use of our systems
  • Travel (domestic)

Requirements

  • Service-oriented mindset, pragmatism and a solution-focused approach
  • Enjoyment in interacting with customers
  • Interest in medical technology and willingness to travel
  • Fluent German (C1)
  • Solid English (at least B1)
  • Technical education (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or equivalent experience with knowledge of Windows, networking, and hardware/software installation
