About the role

  • Personalcontroller in Human Resources at Pirelli, supporting strategic personnel planning and reporting in Breuberg. Involvement in collaboration between HR, accounting, and controlling.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Breuberg site in the HR & Organization function
  • Strategic and operational personnel and personnel cost planning
  • Support implementation of company objectives regarding achievement of personnel KPIs (headcount, labour cost)
  • Preparation of management plans and reporting, and communication internally and with group headquarters
  • Interface function between accounting, controlling and HR
  • Identification, reporting and analysis of financial figures related to personnel for the balance sheet and cash flow
  • Timely and accurate provision of personnel metrics to manage cost targets
  • Support HR managers in workforce planning
  • Planning and support of personnel structure measures
  • Take on tasks in the area of Compensation & Benefits

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration (ideally with a focus on HR and/or accounting/controlling)
  • Commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience
  • Further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) is an advantage
  • Good English language skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Good SAP knowledge (experience with HR and CO/FI modules is an advantage)
  • Experience in planning, reporting and preparing forecasts
  • Numbers-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Good understanding of the relationship between accounting and controlling
  • Strong cost awareness

  • Excellent team and communication skills
