About the role
- Personalcontroller in Human Resources at Pirelli, supporting strategic personnel planning and reporting in Breuberg. Involvement in collaboration between HR, accounting, and controlling.
Responsibilities
- Support the Breuberg site in the HR & Organization function
- Strategic and operational personnel and personnel cost planning
- Support implementation of company objectives regarding achievement of personnel KPIs (headcount, labour cost)
- Preparation of management plans and reporting, and communication internally and with group headquarters
- Interface function between accounting, controlling and HR
- Identification, reporting and analysis of financial figures related to personnel for the balance sheet and cash flow
- Timely and accurate provision of personnel metrics to manage cost targets
- Support HR managers in workforce planning
- Planning and support of personnel structure measures
- Take on tasks in the area of Compensation & Benefits
Requirements
- Degree in business administration (ideally with a focus on HR and/or accounting/controlling)
- Commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience
- Further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) is an advantage
- Good English language skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Good SAP knowledge (experience with HR and CO/FI modules is an advantage)
- Experience in planning, reporting and preparing forecasts
- Numbers-oriented with strong analytical skills
