About the role
- Data Analyst in Process Mining & AI supporting end-to-end finance processes. Collaborating with teams to analyze inefficiencies and implement improvements using technology.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and execution of Process Mining technology and AI across our end-to-end finance processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze process inefficiencies, derive data-driven, actionable insights, and implement improvement measures based on process mining insights.
- Act as the technical expert for Process Mining advising Shared Service Center clients in end-to-end process improvement.
- Implement the technical setup for Process Mining solutions, including data integration, transformation, and modeling of organizational data.
- Create customized, state-of-the-art Process Mining dashboards with defined Key Performance Indicators based on business requirements.
- Build solutions for process improvement using Artificial Intelligence, including GenAI or Agentic AI.
Requirements
- Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in data science, information technology, business administration, or a related field, preferably with a focus on data analytics.
- 3+ years of professional experience in business process analysis or data science/data engineering.
- Proven track record in implementing data or Process Mining tools (e.g., Python, Celonis).
- Good knowledge of relational databases or programming, e.g., SQL.
- Know-how in applying and integrating automation workflows (e.g., UiPath) as well as Artificial Intelligence (Large Language Models, Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio, etc.) is beneficial.
- Experience working in shared services or finance operations is beneficial.
- Solution-oriented thinking and data-driven mindset.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- An additional language is an advantage to support group collaboration.
- Certification as a technical expert in one of the leading Process Mining tools (e.g., SAP Signavio, Celonis, Aris, Mehrwerk), machine learning/artificial intelligence (e.g., Python, Microsoft Copilot Studio) or automation tools (e.g., UiPath) will be considered a strong advantage.
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or other recognized software development and project management frameworks will be considered a strong advantage.
