Responsibilities
- Shape and lead the reverse portion of the Philips value chain
- Design and lead the global reverse logistics value chain strategy
- Ensure reverse logistics processes align with forward supply chain, service lifecycle, and inventory strategies
- Drive performance across the reverse value chain including cost, cycle time, recovery yield, service levels, and compliance
- Partner with various teams to optimize reverse flows and decision-making
- Lead digital enablement and data visibility for reverse logistics
- Manage and optimize repair, refurbishment, and logistics networks
- Develop standardized global processes while accommodating regional requirements
- Build and lead a high-performing global team
- Support Philips’ sustainability objectives through responsible recovery, reuse, and disposal practices
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading global supply chain or operations teams
- Expertise in reverse logistics, service supply chains, returns management, repair or refurbishment operations
- Experience with ERP and supply chain systems (SAP preferred)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or equivalent field of study
- Must be able to perform minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
