About the role
- Examined nursing staff needed for 1:1 intensive care at a well-established healthcare company. Offering full-time or part-time positions in Schmölln, Germany.
Responsibilities
- Basic nursing care and treatment-related care
- Supporting patients in daily activities, during therapies and other activities
- Encouraging patient mobilization
- Providing care and support for patients requiring intensive and ventilatory (respiratory) care
- Maintaining nursing/care documentation
- Supporting and instructing patients' family members and caregivers
Requirements
- Successful completion of a three-year vocational qualification as a Registered Nurse (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or Registered Nurse (m/f/d)
- Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong communication skills
- No prior specialized experience in intensive care is required — you will receive individualized, comprehensive training for your new role
