About the role
- Join a growing private intensive care company in Storkow, Germany as a nursing professional. Providing personal care and support to clients in a 1:1 setting in full or part-time roles.
Responsibilities
- Basic and treatment nursing care
- Support patients in daily life, accompany them to therapies and other activities
- Promote and support mobilization
- Provide care and support to our patients in intensive care and mechanical ventilation/respiratory care
- Maintain nursing documentation
- Support and instruct family members and caregivers
Requirements
- Successfully completed three-year vocational training as a Registered Nurse (e.g., Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger / Pflegefachmann or Pflegefachfrau), geriatric nurse (Altenpfleger) or equivalent (m/f/d)
- Prior experience in intensive care is not required — you will receive individualized and thorough onboarding
- Compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine commitment and passion for the nursing profession
