About the role

  • Senior Manager leading strategy & operations in integrated media and customer engagement. Driving project management and business operations compliance to maximize patient care impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead complex projects, creating and managing plans to achieve objectives
  • Operate independently in ambiguous situations
  • Manage execution of various commercial operational services for identified markets
  • Establish and improve service delivery models
  • Enable compliant processes for commercial operations
  • Utilize analytical and financial expertise to manage commercial modeling
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate key Information Management business reviews
  • Work closely with Leadership Team members to coordinate annual Operating Plan Process

Requirements

  • BA/BS with at least 6 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 5 years of experience or PhD/JD with at least 1 year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of experience
  • Demonstrated track record of strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Effective utilization of available resources
  • Experience in business analysis
  • Commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in project management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
