Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operational execution and logistics management for global Marketing Academy events
Act as the “pilot in command” for the Marketing Academy operations
Oversee the semester calendar of US, Global and International Marketing Academy events
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and problem-solving during events
Lead the development of the monthly Marketing Academy newsletter
Foster collaboration and clear communication among team members
Requirements
BA or BS required
6+ years of marketing, communications, PR, project management, or marketing agency experience
Strong strategic thinking and program management skills
Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional and cross-business projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in digital tools for project management and communications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams)
