About the role
- Sr. Manager in Pfizer's ISAM team driving modernization of identity systems. Oversee implementations of SailPoint and enhance security and access controls.
Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of legacy identity management systems and implement SailPoint across global environment
- Take ownership of SailPoint operations and ensure seamless integration of IAM systems
- Oversee identity lifecycle management processes for security and efficiency
- Define and execute strategies for modernizing identity security controls (access request, provisioning, de-provisioning)
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements while maintaining high security
- Collaborate with teams to align IAM requirements with broader security architecture and business objectives
- Guide a multi-national team through IAM projects, providing leadership in design and execution of scalable solutions
- Continuously assess industry best practices and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline in IT/IAM/cybersecurity
- 6+ years of experience in IT/IAM/cybersecurity in a corporate environment
- At least 5 years of experience in identity lifecycle management for organizations with over 100,000 users
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
- In-depth experience with IAM/IGA solutions and platforms (SailPoint preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of global laws and regulations related to data protection and privacy (GxP, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOX)
- Proficiency with security technologies including IAM, MFA, SSO, scripting (SQL, JavaScript, BeanShell, etc.)
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIAM, or CRISC are desirable
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals
