About the role

  • Senior Director leading patient affordability solutions and overseeing compliance at Pfizer. Evolving access strategies and managing multifunctional teams to enhance patient affordability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the continued evolution of access and affordability strategies across Pfizer
  • Assess and develop patient affordability programs for all on-market brands
  • Proactively conduct competitive analysis to make recommendations on patient affordability programming
  • Manage enterprise copay program P&L through strong partnership with Finance
  • Collaborate within the patient support organization to successfully pull-through access and affordability programs
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure compliance of programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
  • 12+ years’ experience in affordability program strategy / design / analytics, patient services, pharmaceutical GTN finance, or related area required
  • 5+ years of people management experience required
  • Experience managing affordability / copay vendors to optimize programs
  • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
