Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and compliance
- Advise senior leadership on technology trends, risks, and opportunities, translating business needs into actionable architecture
- Facilitate architecture governance, standards, and best practices across teams and projects
- Mentor and guide solution architects, engineers, and business stakeholders
- Quantify and communicate the business value of architectural decisions
- Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and change management in support of business outcomes
- Collaborate with platform engineering, data & AI, and other horizontal teams to ensure cohesive delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience with cloud solutions (i.e.: Amazon, Google, Microsoft Azure)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong diplomacy skills; able to navigate a difficult political environment
- Demonstrated ability to translate marketing material into actionable and understandable truth
- An “execution mindset” focused on getting things done quickly and simply
- Demonstrated experience with one or more Pfizer core platforms (Adobe AEM, Salesforce)
