About the role

  • Sales Representative responsible for building customer relationships, enhancing market presence, and increasing sales in HVAC technology. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • You strengthen existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.
  • You identify targeted solutions and introduce suitable new products and services for your customers.
  • You align the sales strategy with market and competitive developments as well as customer needs and trends.
  • Preparing customer visits and documenting them digitally are part of your responsibilities.
  • You cooperate transparently with internal sales, the showroom, and the pick-up counter.

Requirements

  • Outgoing and professional demeanour with a passion for sales and customer advisory
  • Numerical literacy, quick comprehension, and ambition — to consistently pursue sales targets
  • Technical prior knowledge in the SHK sector (sanitary, heating and air-conditioning) or willingness to acquire this knowledge
  • Structured, goal-oriented and digitally driven way of working
  • Ideally, prior experience in sales / field sales
