Responsibilities
Translates brand strategy into a clear activation action plan
Defines an activation plan brief in partnership with brand managers
Sets distribution priorities according to brand positioning
Defines desired price brand positioning according to brand positioning, competition bench, and consumer perception
Defines desired assets to play in store
Coordinates with the local CS&I team and validates with the Market Lead
Creates the activation calendar in partnership with CS&I
Follows up on plans execution and tracks results
Shares and presents the category/brand plan with local sales team
Requirements
10 years + in brand activation, experiential marketing, trade marketing, or brand management
Experience ideally in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
Proven track record of delivering successful activations or events
Fluent in French and English
Excellent soft skills, particularly in influencing stakeholders, coordinating activities across teams and negotiating outcomes.
