About the role

  • Brand Activation Manager translating brand strategy into clear activation plans for a leading health and wellness company. Collaborating with local teams, managing execution, and tracking results.

Responsibilities

  • Translates brand strategy into a clear activation action plan
  • Defines an activation plan brief in partnership with brand managers
  • Sets distribution priorities according to brand positioning
  • Defines desired price brand positioning according to brand positioning, competition bench, and consumer perception
  • Defines desired assets to play in store
  • Coordinates with the local CS&I team and validates with the Market Lead
  • Creates the activation calendar in partnership with CS&I
  • Follows up on plans execution and tracks results
  • Shares and presents the category/brand plan with local sales team

Requirements

  • 10 years + in brand activation, experiential marketing, trade marketing, or brand management
  • Experience ideally in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful activations or events
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent soft skills, particularly in influencing stakeholders, coordinating activities across teams and negotiating outcomes.
