Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all store activities
Ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain overall store presentation: merchandising, promotional displays, restocking, organization, hygiene and cleanliness
Lead, organize and motivate the team
Train staff on Aroma-Zone concepts, philosophy, products and sales techniques
Ensure team adherence to and follow-up on procedures
Manage teams in the Store Manager's absence
Ensure operational organization and follow-up from store opening to closing
Requirements
Business or commercial education/training
3–5 years of experience in a busy, high-traffic retail store
Knowledge of cosmetic and/or organic products is an asset
Fluent in French, both written and spoken
Good spoken English
Proficient in office software (MS Office) and point-of-sale systems (ideally Cegid)
Strong customer service skills and commercial awareness
Ability to manage high-traffic periods, stress and pressure
Excellent customer-relations and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with proven leadership/management abilities
Autonomous, diplomatic, and able to manage priorities
