About the role
- Manage and develop a team of MICE Specialists at Perk. Focused on skill enhancement, mentorship, and achieving sales targets in the travel management sector.
Responsibilities
- Be the leader of MICE Specialists and engage the members of your team:
- Conduct weekly 121s with the team to ensure continued success in target achievement
- Setup monthly development objectives for the sales team.
- Review the performance of your team members.
- Coach & mentor a world-class Sales team: Have a strong focus on constant skill development of the MICE team.
- Identify individual and team training needs.
- Onboard and train new salespeople.
- Have an in-depth and detailed understanding of Perk products to provide mentorship for your MICE team confidently.
- Develop specific training sessions based on needs.
- Act as a consultant to your direct reports
Requirements
- Leadership experience with a proven track record.
- Excellent understanding of Perk MICE value proposition.
- A creative and solution-driven attitude.
- Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret performance metrics
- Ability to design effective training programs
