About the role
- Manager leading order-to-cash logistics and customer service for BASF. Overseeing operations and driving improvements in the supply chain process.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end services leadership by efficiently handling customer service and logistics management
- Oversee and enhance end-to-end processes for China Petrochemical industrial operations
- Collaborate closely with sales/planners/marketing/co-producer managers/Transport Management & Distribution Network Management coordinator for solutions
- Support ZVS ramp-up and transformation initiatives, including risk identification and project execution
- Contribute to supply chain transformation projects and other assignments as directed by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in OTC, planning, and logistics.
- Experience in the chemical industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken) for communication with customers in China, as well as fluency in English.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is required.
