Responsibilities
Promote customer satisfaction by overseeing everything from direct customer contact to transport management
Ensure the execution of daily operations and alignment with the goals of the European supply chain organization and GBU strategy
Report to the Head of Customer Service and Order & Transport Management EMEA
Manage relevant KPIs with a focus on delivery services and be responsible for cost centers
Conduct employee performance management and support development activities of employees
Maintain close contact with global planners of the SBUs, customer service, product management, and other relevant interfaces such as Transport Management and Logistics Procurement
Requirements
Degree in economics, business administration or a related field, or several years of professional experience in supply chain operations
Extensive knowledge of project management and experience in a leadership position or equivalent skills
In-depth knowledge of change management as well as order and process management
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or Salesforce
Have a strong digital affinity and experience with leveraging AI to improve supply chain processes
Fluent German and English skills
Team player with a practical problem-solving ability and the capacity to recognize and drive innovation
