About the role
- Senior Delivery Manager managing complex regulatory reporting programmes at Suade Labs. Leading multi-jurisdictional projects and mentoring junior delivery managers while ensuring compliance and quality delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery for complex regulatory reporting programmes.
- Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Anticipate and resolve risks, issues and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, ensuring consistent delivery quality.
- Drive improvements to delivery methodology and contribute to shaping product direction.
- Provide structured coaching and leadership to members of the delivery team.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience delivering large-scale or multi-client implementations within regulatory reporting or RegTech, to include SaaS solutions.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, data architecture and banking products.
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory obligations into structured delivery plans.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience mentoring delivery professionals and supporting their progression.
- Strong organisational discipline and resilience under pressure, with a detail-focused approach.
- Experience across multiple regulatory frameworks.
- Background supporting RFI/RFP processes or pre-sales activity.
- Experience contributing to solution design or product evolution.
- Proficiency in a European language.
