Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery for complex regulatory reporting programmes.
Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Anticipate and resolve risks, issues and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
Co-ordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, ensuring consistent delivery quality.
Drive improvements to delivery methodology and contribute to shaping product direction.
Provide structured coaching and leadership to members of the delivery team.
Requirements
7+ years' experience delivering large-scale or multi-client implementations within regulatory reporting or RegTech, to include SaaS solutions.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, data architecture and banking products.
Proven ability to translate complex regulatory obligations into structured delivery plans.
Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management capability.
Experience mentoring delivery professionals and supporting their progression.
Strong organisational discipline and resilience under pressure, with a detail-focused approach.
Experience across multiple regulatory frameworks.
Background supporting RFI/RFP processes or pre-sales activity.
Experience contributing to solution design or product evolution.
Proficiency in a European language.
