Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and governance for Import Export Customs and Foreign Trade operations for assigned country(s)
- Drive efficient Import, Export, and Customs operations by improving processes, standardizing workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Collaborate closely with logistics partners and internal teams to optimize supply chain performance
- Lead the country/hub Import Export & Customs Operations team, ensuring process adherence and operational excellence
- Oversee daily operations and manage risk management pertaining to team and service provider operations.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Have minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Management, Customs & Foreign Trade, Logistics, Freight/carrier management in Multinational Company with international exposure
- Be proficient in SAP /ERP experience preferred; Business Intelligence/reporting tools capability is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in nonconformance management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic, fast paced, and high pressure environment.
