About the role

• Coordenador de Operações de Aquisição managing acquisition campaigns for last-mile delivery partners at Intelipost. Focus on growth operations, metrics, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Structure and operate the acquisition funnel for couriers/partners (ad, registration, activation, and first delivery);
• Plan, set up, and optimize Paid Media campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads);
• Create and maintain CRM structure and automations (RD Station, Salesforce, Braze, or similar);
• Define and track metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion, activation, and initial retention;
• Test creatives, messaging, and acquisition channels;
• Work closely with Operations and Product teams to improve onboarding and the courier experience;
• Lead a team focused on execution and performance;
• Establish straightforward routines for monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement;
• Ability to execute directly and independently without relying on large teams or established structures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in acquisition and growth—whether for couriers, partners, drivers, or users;
• Experience scaling operations or acquisition channels from tests to recurring volume;
• Hands-on experience configuring and operating acquisition campaigns (Paid Media and/or other channels);
• Experience with CRM and funnel management, from lead to initial activation;
• Monitoring and analyzing metrics such as CPL, CAC, conversion, activation, and initial retention;
• Experience in marketplace, logistics, delivery, or digital operations environments.
