- Analyze business and operational processes, identify digitalization potential, and implement tailored solutions
- Participate in and lead site-wide and cross-site projects
Requirements
- Completed degree in natural sciences, engineering, economics, computer science, or a related field
- Ideally, experience and knowledge in the (chemical) process industry and in agile project management
- Solid technical understanding and deep expertise in at least one area of digitalization — e.g., data analytics, artificial intelligence, application development, or robotics — as well as basic knowledge of a programming language or development environment such as Python or R
- Very good German and English skills
- Empathetic personality with an independent and reliable working style and a strong results orientation
