About the role

  • Team Lead Analytics leading a multidisciplinary team to shape customer insights for HRS's B2B enterprise solutions and B2C consumer platform. Driving analytics and predictive decision-making across marketing and product domains.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics and data science team, setting clear priorities, coaching team members, and ensuring strong delivery across marketing and product domains
  • Drive persona- and segment-led insights by guiding analyses of transactional and onsite behavioral data across lifecycle stages and cohorts to identify acquisition drivers, engagement patterns, churn risks, and upsell opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional analyses across the full funnel (traffic, conversion, activation, retention, LTV) to understand performance drivers and translate findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and product decisions.
  • Define and govern KPI frameworks and measurement standards across marketing and product, ensuring consistent tracking of funnel performance, lifecycle metrics, and segment-level outcomes
  • Oversee end-to-end customer journey analytics across B2C and B2B, identifying friction points, feature adoption drivers, and opportunities to improve engagement and retention
  • Drive scalable analytics enablement by leading the development of automated, AI-enabled dashboards and self-service solutions to support data-driven marketing and product steering at scale
  • Lead the transition toward predictive and AI-driven analytics by identifying high-impact use cases (e.g., personalization, churn prediction, forecasting) and embedding them into business decision-making

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer, marketing, and/or product analytics in digital, marketplace, or SaaS environments, including experience leading or mentoring analysts
  • Proven ability to translate customer segments, personas, and behavioral data into actionable insights that drive marketing and product decisions
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance measurement (acquisition, activation, retention, LTV) and experimentation methods (A/B testing, incrementality, causal analysis)
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and large-scale data environments; familiarity with cloud platforms (ideally AWS) and Python
  • Experience defining KPI frameworks, measurement standards, and scalable reporting setups across cross-functional teams
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI) and building automated or self-service reporting solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations
  • Experience applying predictive analytics or AI-driven approaches (e.g., personalization, churn prediction, forecasting)
