About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales analyses, identifying impacts, risks, and opportunities, providing input to support decision-making;
  • Lead weekly and monthly meetings with the sales team, strengthening performance monitoring routines and maintaining results orientation;
  • Manage day-to-day operations and allocate tasks among team members;
  • Identify the needs of the team and customers, proposing appropriate solutions aimed at efficiency and continuous improvement;
  • Ensure excellence in Boutique customer service, monitor goals and KPIs, perform performance diagnostics, and support employee development;
  • Oversee operational processes, including daily counts, schedule preparation, staff allocation, receipt of merchandise and armored car deliveries, inventories, and training;
  • Execute People Management routines, including recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and providing feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience in people/team management.
