About the role

  • Product Manager overseeing Gliffy brand strategy at Perforce. Connecting customer needs and technical plans through product roadmaps in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the product strategy informed by customer and market insights, competitive analysis, technical capability, and internal initiatives/assets.
  • In collaboration with Engineering, define the product roadmap. Evolve the product roadmap based on the research.
  • Lead and manage the full product lifecycle, market analysis, requirements definition, delivery and testing, education, internal business readiness and customer deployment.
  • Gather and analyse data sets - including market, customer and product data.
  • Perform In-depth market competitive analysis, gather customer insights to develop product and competitive positioning.
  • May be required to support additional products/brands as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management or similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in English.
  • The ability to gather, analyze and confidently present relevant data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep comfort with technical systems.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally as a team member and influencer.
