About the role

  • Marketing Manager overseeing multi-channel campaigns at a fintech company. Responsible for driving acquisition, engagement, and retention in the crypto space.

Responsibilities

  • Own integrated campaigns end‑to‑end—brief, build, launch, and optimise—for product launches, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing across email and CRM (HubSpot, SFMC or similar): segmentation, journeys, re‑engagement, and win‑backs.
  • Plan and deliver events (virtual and in‑person): logistics, promotion, partner coordination, and post‑event reporting.
  • Analyse performance and present actionable insights to improve ROI across paid media, SEO/SEM, social, and website.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally (content, design, product, compliance) to ensure messaging is aligned, effective, and on brand.
  • Support regional strategies while keeping us consistent with our global positioning and voice.
  • Stay close to our audience, with a working understanding of the crypto trading space and trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing (preferably crypto exchange, financial services, fintech, or trading platforms)
  • Strong grasp of digital best practices (paid, SEO/SEM, social, analytics)
  • Lifecycle/email experience using platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Proven end‑to‑end campaign management and ROI reporting.
  • Solid event planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication; comfortable juggling priorities.
  • Crypto/blockchain familiarity is important.
  • Analytical mindset with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
