About the role

  • Create and evolve interfaces and navigation flows for ParcelaMais' digital products (portal, app, dashboards, landing pages).
  • Conduct user research, usability testing and journey analyses, translating insights into tangible improvements.
  • Develop low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, applying user-centered design best practices.
  • Define and maintain the company's Design System, ensuring visual and experience consistency.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to ensure technical feasibility and fidelity of deliverables.
  • Support branding and digital visual communication initiatives when needed.
  • Stay up to date on UX trends, accessibility, and digital consumer behavior.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Notion, Zeplin or similar.
  • Ability to turn data and feedback into functional, elegant design solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Design System best practices, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Nice to have:
  • Previous experience in fintechs or healthtechs.
  • Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with product metrics (e.g., NPS, conversion rate, churn, engagement).
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/React) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
