Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
  • Develop tailored labor and employee relations strategies
  • Conduct organizational assessments and stakeholder interviews
  • Design and deliver customized training and education programs
  • Mentor and support other consultants

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required (Labor, Human Resources, Communications, Leadership Development, or related field)
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful experience in labor and employee relations
  • Proven experience advising leaders on strategy and supporting execution in complex environments
  • Strong executive presence and business acumen
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
