Responsibilities

  • Lead credentialing strategy
  • Develop certification programs for users and partners
  • Audit and optimize existing certifications
  • Manage the certification roadmap and conduct feasibility studies
  • Lead the partner accreditation program
  • Define and implement micro-credentials
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and monitor KPIs

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English (level to be assessed by the department)
  • Energetic and adaptable in a fast-changing work environment
  • Highly collaborative with strong teamwork skills
  • Experienced enough to prioritize business-led actions
