About the role

  • Territory Manager to manage sales for Weather Shield products across multiple states. Responsible for maintaining accounts and driving growth through effective promotion and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a territory that includes: Western Tennessee, Northern Alabama, Northern Arkansas, and Northern Mississippi.
  • Responsible for the promotion and sales of Weather Shield window and door products in a specified territory.
  • Maintain current accounts and prospecting new accounts.
  • Promote Weather Shield products across the territory, driving account growth.
  • Development of a positive working relationship with supervisor, co-workers, other employees and outside contacts.
  • Frequent travel to accounts within the assigned territory may require overnight travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of outside sales experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge of millwork industry or some experience working with architects or some experience working with high-end building material dealers.
  • Must have good customer service skills, ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
