Territory Manager to manage sales for Weather Shield products across multiple states. Responsible for maintaining accounts and driving growth through effective promotion and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Manage a territory that includes: Western Tennessee, Northern Alabama, Northern Arkansas, and Northern Mississippi.
Responsible for the promotion and sales of Weather Shield window and door products in a specified territory.
Maintain current accounts and prospecting new accounts.
Promote Weather Shield products across the territory, driving account growth.
Development of a positive working relationship with supervisor, co-workers, other employees and outside contacts.
Frequent travel to accounts within the assigned territory may require overnight travel.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required.
Must have valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of outside sales experience.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of millwork industry or some experience working with architects or some experience working with high-end building material dealers.
Must have good customer service skills, ability to build and maintain relationships.
Must be proficient in MS Office and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
