About the role

  • Specialist in Benefits Operations ensuring accurate benefits administration and cross-functional collaboration with HR and Finance. Supporting operational improvements and managing benefits inquiries for a global company.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day administration of benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with internal partners to execute benefits initiatives and operational improvements
  • Assist in managing inquiries related to benefits administration while maintaining clear ownership through resolution
  • Design, document, and maintain scalable benefits processes and workflows
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
  • Ensure consistent adherence to operational standards and service level expectations
  • Partner with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless benefits execution
  • Contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support implementation of new benefits programs or system enhancements

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in benefits operations, HR operations, or benefits administration
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Are proficient with operational tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Have strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence
  • Take ownership of your work and proactively seek improvements.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-country benefits environment
  • Familiarity with benefits systems or HRIS platforms
  • Comfort working with data and metrics to monitor performance and accuracy
