Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in benefits operations, HR operations, or benefits administration
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Are proficient with operational tools such as Excel and Google Sheets
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams
- Have strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence
- Take ownership of your work and proactively seek improvements.
- Experience working in a global or multi-country benefits environment
- Familiarity with benefits systems or HRIS platforms
- Comfort working with data and metrics to monitor performance and accuracy
