About the role

  • Third-Party Operations and Delivery Lead managing global third-party relationships at Swiss Re. Driving operational excellence and strategic direction in third-party management across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global TPM operations team providing strategic direction, coaching, and development to team members
  • Lead operational delivery of TPM services across the third-party lifecycle
  • Manage service quality by establishing metrics, tracking SLA/KPI performance
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain effective partnering models
  • Ensure data quality by overseeing completeness of third-party information
  • Drive risk monitoring and analysis of third-party risks
  • Oversee workflow management by triaging incoming requests
  • Lead continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies
  • Execute automation opportunities to improve efficiency
  • Support resilience initiatives including scenario-based testing
  • Provide project management for the TPM Ops and Delivery portfolio
  • Monitor industry trends in third-party management

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience in business operations, third-party oversight, or compliance functions within financial services
  • Extensive experience in third-party risk management or operational risk management
  • Proven leadership experience in managing global and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach to service delivery
  • Master's Degree, preferably in business, with excellent English language skills
