Responsibilities
- Lead the global TPM operations team providing strategic direction, coaching, and development to team members
- Lead operational delivery of TPM services across the third-party lifecycle

- Ensure data quality by overseeing completeness of third-party information

- Execute automation opportunities to improve efficiency
- Support resilience initiatives including scenario-based testing

Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in business operations, third-party oversight, or compliance functions within financial services
- Extensive experience in third-party risk management or operational risk management
- Proven leadership experience in managing global and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach to service delivery
- Master's Degree, preferably in business, with excellent English language skills
