Responsibilities
Support the operational activities that drive the success of the sales organization
Drive commercial excellence, sales analytics, and process improvement to support revenue growth
Act as a catalyst for growth, driving the design and execution of innovative commercial strategies
Define opportunities and targets to accelerate growth aligned with the business strategy
Create and scale sales processes, systems and tools to enable high performance and achieve objectives
Streamline workflows, roles, processes and systems to improve operational efficiency
Prepare quarterly business review analytics; highlighting areas of strength and weakness to improve performance
Drive automation and integration of sales tools to enhance productivity
Uncover trends within the data to understand drivers of performance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
7+ years sales analytics experience
Knowledge of CRM systems (salesforce.com) and sales analytics tools
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Preferred)
Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry (Preferred)
Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or a related role (Preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in sales tools and technologies
Strong leadership and team management skills
