About the role

  • Advanced Associate, Expansion Sales focused on investor prospecting and franchise negotiations. Collaborating with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth investor onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Perform active and inbound prospecting of investors interested in opening brand franchises.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their profile, financial capacity, and fit with the business model.
  • Conduct commercial meetings (online and in-person), presenting the franchise model, competitive differentiators, and operational expectations.
  • Manage the expansion sales pipeline, ensuring structured follow-ups and progress through negotiation stages.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, aligning expectations between the investor and franchisor until contract signing.
  • Work consultatively, advising investors on market, territory, investment, and returns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth investor journey.
  • Update and monitor performance indicators (leads, conversion, sales cycle, ticket sizes, etc.).
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and strategic expansion activities when required.

Requirements

  • Cultural fit with Pearson.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in consultative sales, franchise expansion, or business development.
  • Experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing medium to high-value contracts.
  • Ability to deliver commercial presentations and lead strategic negotiations.
  • Pipeline management skills and proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results- and target-oriented with a strategic business mindset.
  • Organization, commercial discipline, and autonomy.
  • Availability to travel across Brazil.
