About the role

  • Customer Service Assistant for Grupo Nohda handling various customer service channels including chat, email, and phone.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service (chat, email, phone, and WhatsApp);
  • Exchange/returns process (product returns — issuance of return invoice (nota fiscal) — full exchange process);
  • Initiating PI procedures with Correios (Brazilian postal service);
  • Reverse logistics and tracking of posted parcels;
  • Tracking customer service interactions;
  • Interaction and support for the website sales team;

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a university degree preferred;
  • Ability to work well in a team;
  • Ability to resolve conflicts (customer- and order-related);
  • Strong written communication and clear diction.
