Responsibilities
Assortment planning and allocation based on channel-specific performance and sales targets
Contribute to the development of new assortment strategies for the CYBEX online shop
Weekly performance tracking (e.g., sell-through, inventory levels, and returns) and development of actionable recommendations
Demand forecasting in collaboration with all B2C channels
Monitor and optimize inventory across all omnichannel platforms
Create reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
Work closely with e-commerce teams and cross-functional partners to align on go-to-market projects, product availability, pricing, and promotions
Support launches in new regions (e.g., IMEA, Japan, USA, and Canada) and ensure merchandising standards such as stock allocation and compliance with commercial rules
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Several years of relevant experience in merchandise planning, ideally in an e-commerce or omnichannel environment
Strong analytical skills; technical proficiency in Excel, SAP, planning platforms, and experience with BI tools are advantageous
Solid understanding of sales metrics, inventory KPIs, and planning principles
Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with frequent change
Team-oriented mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
