Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for a centralized Operations Data Mart
- Ensure that data flowing out of the ERP is structured and ready for high-level consumption
- Collaborate with Global Operations leads to define and automate core KPIs
- Work within the ERP organization to ensure upstream data entry supports downstream analytical needs
- Partner closely with Google Engineering and internal software teams to build generative AI agents
- Direct engineers in building ML models and LLM prompts
- Define the user stories, technical specs, and success metrics for the AI roadmap
- Sit at the center of a 'triad' consisting of Global Operations, Internal Engineering, and External Tech Partners
- Manage the development lifecycle with high 'Time-to-Insight' and 'Time-to-Action' priorities
Requirements
- 12+ years in Global Operations Systems, Product Management, or ERP Leadership
- 5+ years managing high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of Big Data environments (BigQuery/Snowflake)
- Agentic AI/ML integration knowledge
- Cloud ERP architecture knowledge
- Mastery of OTC, PTP, and Travel & Expense workflows
- Proven track record of working with 'Big Tech' partners (e.g., Google, Microsoft, AWS)
- Ability to manage by influence across a matrixed organization
