About the role

  • B2C Performance & Operations Intern managing performance metrics for B2C inbound telco acquisition. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and improve efficiency across production sites.

Responsibilities

  • Own the BU performance cockpit: a single source of truth for conversion, processing cost, volumes, capacity, and site allocation.
  • Establish and run weekly routines with clear definitions.
  • Pilot staffing and allocation across production sites (with your manager): recommend where to allocate volume to maximize conversion-to-cost efficiency and explain trade-offs in plain language.
  • Be the go-to person for the aggregate: when someone asks “what’s happening on B2C Telco inbound?”, provide numbers + diagnosis + recommended next steps.
  • Work closely with our Ops Management and BPO teams: ensure operating cadence exists (weekly performance sync, action tracking, escalation when quality or cost drifts).
  • Drive pragmatic improvements: tighten reporting, remove friction in data flows, standardize routines, and push for decisions that increase conversion and reduce €/client.

Requirements

  • Native-level French fluency.
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to manipulate data, build dashboards, and turn noise into decisions (solid Excel/Sheets skills; SQL/Looker/Metabase is a plus).
  • Operational rigor: you track actions, owners, and deadlines; you don’t just “follow up” — you close loops.
  • Business acumen: able to reason with unit economics (conversion → cost → margin) and defend recommendations.
  • Clear, efficient communication: concise written updates, clear calls to action, comfortable engaging stakeholders across Marketing, Ops, and BPO.
  • Mindset: extreme ownership — you don’t outsource responsibility; bias toward action — you default to “what’s the next concrete move?”; resilience — setbacks happen but you iterate and persist; pragmatic truth-teller — you call out drift early with facts, not feelings.
