About the role
- Restaurants Analyst supporting operational performance across the platform at Rappi. Collaborating with Commercial, Operations and Product teams to ensure data-driven solutions and improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Use SQL and analytical tools to identify trends in cancellations, defect rates, prep-time accuracy, and partner behavior.
- Support the design, evaluation, and refinement of operational policies, including compensation rules, cancellation management, and SLA performance frameworks for restaurants.
- Work with Commercial, Product, and Ops teams to execute initiatives that address the root causes of operational issues.
- Detect operational inefficiencies across restaurant partners and propose improvements that reduce cancellations, prevent defects, and improve end-to-end order flow.
- Monitor key KPIs related to restaurant operations and support alignment on priorities across countries, categories, and partner tiers.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations in a clear and structured way, ensuring alignment and adoption from country teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Support the development and application of analytical models, including basic machine learning or AI-driven approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake) and data analytics; ability to build structured analyses, identify operational patterns, and support model development.
- Basic understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, or AI-based approaches.
- Ability to identify operational gaps, propose solutions, and support execution through a structured, data-driven approach.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders through insights.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
