About the role

  • Key Account Manager developing and maintaining partner relationships at papernest. Maximizing satisfaction and driving adoption of services in a growth-oriented role based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

  • Build lasting relationships and create value.
  • Maximize partner satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive adoption and usage of our service.
  • Gather partner feedback and escalate it to the relevant teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Operations and Sales teams.
  • Create support materials and organize trainings.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents.
  • Customer-focused, curious, and a strong communicator.
  • Comfortable in a strategic advisory role.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
