Responsibilities

  • You lead your Peter Pane restaurant in all aspects and serve as the primary point of contact for the operation
  • You manage your team of employees and team leaders
  • You plan your performance figures and take all necessary measures to achieve your targets
  • You are responsible for budget planning, personnel planning and KPI planning
  • You lead your Peter Pane team in driving the daily operations

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in gastronomy / hotel management or equivalent professional experience in day-to-day operations
  • Ideally leadership experience as a General Manager / Restaurant Manager (m/f/d), preferably in chain restaurants (system gastronomy)
  • Service-oriented mindset and an emphasis on a respectful leadership style
  • Enjoy working in the hospitality industry and maintain open, honest communication
